Lauren Ramos

Lauren Ramos is currently a Senior Project Manager at Dialectic Engineering. Ramos has over seven years of experience in the engineering field and has been with Dialectic for just over a year. Prior to Dialectic, Lauren worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager for Henderson Engineers. During their time at Henderson, Lauren managed healthcare, industrial, office tenant interior, and capital improvement projects throughout Texas. Lauren was also responsible for developing man-hour estimates and distribution plans for multiple month project durations. In addition, Lauren cultivated and maintained positive relationships with clients.

Before their time at Henderson, Lauren worked as a Construction/Estimating Office Assistant for Kiewit. During their time at Kiewit, Lauren created and utilized spreadsheets to track estimating and pre-bid man-hours attributed to various projects. Lauren also compiled databases of past bid estimates to ensure more precise preliminary estimates. In addition, Lauren prepared pre-bid and bid documents to support Senior Estimators during bids. Lastly, Lauren solicited subcontractor/vendor quotes to prepare accurate cost, time, and labor estimates.

Lauren began their engineering career as an intern, first as a Field Engineering Intern for Linbeck and then as an Estimating Intern for Turner Construction Company. During their internships, Lauren gained valuable experience in the engineering field that would later prove to be beneficial in their career.

Lauren Ramos is a highly experienced and skilled engineer who has dedicated their career to helping others through their work in the engineering field.

Lauren Ramos is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied architectural engineering. Lauren is also a Professional Engineer, as certified by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
