Urs Reinhard

Urs Reinhard is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, growth strategy, and customer experience. Currently serving as CEO of Dialog Verwaltungs-Data AG since November 2023, Urs is focused on digitizing Swiss cities and municipalities. As a Board Advisor at TechSee, Urs contributes to advancements in customer experience through innovative technology. Previously, as Chief Growth Officer at Invenda Group AG, Urs was responsible for commercial and strategic growth initiatives. Urs has a notable history at UPC Schweiz GmbH, holding multiple leadership roles including Chief Digital & Customer Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing digital transformation and customer operations. Urs started a successful career at The Boston Consulting Group, ascending to Managing Director and Partner, before co-founding BCG's South Africa office. Educational credentials include a degree in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and further studies in digital business transformation at IMD.
