Radeepa Hiyadalagedara has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. They started their career at Sampath Bank and held various roles including Junior Executive, Shareholder Relations Officer, Customer Experience Officer, and Brand Executive. In 2022, Radeepa worked as a Marketing Manager at Cord360.com and later as a Business Development Manager at The Social Agency. Currently, they are a Project Lead - Digitization at Dialog Axiata PLC.

Radeepa Hiyadalagedara from Sri Lanka completed a Diploma in Professional Marketing (Level 6) from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2018. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Canterbury Christ Church University.
