Alessandra Madonia has extensive experience in customer care and marketing, currently serving as a Customer Care employee for Volkswagen Group Italia at DIALOGO Italia s.r.l. since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing the Seat-Italia chat for promotions and customer service. Prior to this, Alessandra worked as an Advertising Sales Consultant at Nielsen Communication Srl from March 2013 to February 2015, focusing on commercial consultancy and selling advertising space.
