Or Lavee has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They currently hold the position of VP R&D at Dialogue, a role they started in February 2021. Before that, from August 2019 to January 2021, Or Lavee worked as an R&D Manager at INVIOU, a blockchain-based platform for finance management. They also served as CTO and VP R&D at Hippotec Ltd. from May 2014 to January 2018. Prior to that, Or Lavee worked as a Lead Mobile Developer at Applicasa, responsible for SDK development and client support. They also worked as a Project Manager at SunRise Projects LTD from December 2010 to July 2011, and as a QA professional at emoze from March 2009 to March 2010.

Or Lavee completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Law (MA) from Bar-Ilan University between 2011 and 2012.
