Jaimon Jose is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in scalability, performance, and security across various roles. Currently serving as the Director of Scalability, Performance, and Security at Dialpad since October 2021, Jaimon plays a crucial role in enhancing business communications through innovative solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. As a Co-Founder and CTO of PicoNets, Jaimon focuses on building micro CDNs for efficient media delivery. Previous positions include Vice President of DevOps and Security at Koopid, where Jaimon contributed to the development of a modern CCaaS product, and distinguished engineering roles at NetIQ and Novell, emphasizing identity management and cloud security. Jaimon also has a strong academic background with degrees in Business Analytics, Information Systems, and Mechatronics from prestigious institutes.
