Madonna Samson

Madonna Samson is an experienced project manager currently working at Dialpad since August 2022. Prior to this role, Madonna served as a case manager at Elemy for a brief period from February to July 2022 and held various positions at ibex from October 2019 to March 2022, including team manager and product trainer. Madonna's earlier experience includes tier 1 email support at TELUS International and customer service and sales specialist roles at VXI PH. Madonna also worked as a financial advisor at IBM before pursuing a career in project management. Madonna holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
