In 2020, they joined Diamante Blockchain as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, responsible for the marketing & partnership of communities in crypto and blockchain space. Sarang also handled SEO activities both on-page and off-page for diamante ecosystem suite of offerings, as well as overseeing paid and organic campaigns to ensure their integrity and that they meet its objectives to deliver the best ROI. Sarang also worked as a Digital Marketing Manager for Byndr, an education technology company. In 2019, they were a Lead Market Research Analyst (Digital Marketing) for USM Business Systems, where they were responsible for building personas and executing campaigns, preparing social media campaigns and executing them according to calendar, email marketing for MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads), end-to-end support to the sales team for getting the deal closed, and writing marketing collaterals and materials. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Lead Market Research Analyst (Digital Marketing) for erwin, Inc., where they were highly proficient in all Digital Marketing aspects (Social Media engagement, SEO, Google AdWords, SEM), measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies, managing lead generation, databases & email reporting across the business, and working with the content team to develop content for email campaigning. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Researcher Oil & Gas (IPAR) and Senior Researcher in Mining Division (Assets Team) for GD Research Center Pvt. Ltd. Sarang'sroles involved maintaining and authoring IPAR (Industry Project Award Record database) and data collection of all the exploration and active mines data in a structured model. From 2010 to 2011, they worked for Datamonitor as an Associate Researcher in Company & Market Intelligence (Financial Deals Team) and as a Researcher. Sarang'sroles involved insights into deal activity across M&A, private equity, venture financing, private placement, IPO, secondary offering, and strategic alliance deals, in-depth analysis on all key sectors, tracking geographical trends by primary regions and by key emerging markets, detailed analysis of the deal activity during the year, and building global marketing database in salesforce.com.
Sarang Pokhare is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, where they completed an Executive Programme On Digital & Social Media Marketing Strategy (EPDSMMS) in 2021. Sarang also holds a MBA degree from Vidya dayini college and Vidyadayini college of management studies, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Asifia College and Asifia College Of Engineering And Technology in 2007. Sarang completed their secondary education from Dilsukhnagar public School in 2001. Sarang also holds certifications from LinkedIn, SAS, SEMrush, Google, HubSpot and Alison.
