Amandeep S is a Senior Vice President at Diamanti with over two decades of experience in global operations management. Prior to joining Diamanti, Amandeep served as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Quark Software Inc. where they led 20+ successful process and business improvement projects.

At Diamanti, Amandeep is responsible for managing an annual operational budget of 25MM+. Amandeep also liaises with the CFO and CEO to maintain the budgetary state of the company and make effective business strategies to sustain company well-being. Under their leadership, the company has improved NPS/CSAT scores and RAG status, reduced Serv1 issues & bugs, and achieved quicker issue resolution. Additionally, Amandeep has implemented the 80/20 principle to improve productivity among Support, Services, QA, and other functional business units.

Amandeep is also responsible for leading and mentoring 300+FTE globally for HR, Professional Services, DevOps, IT, Finance, Customer Support, Sales, and Quality Assurance business verticals. Amandeep has led HR operations, including strategic workforce planning, defining business goals, performance management, recruitment, and benefits administration. Furthermore, they have published competitive landscape on market research studies by analyzing existing data, market reports, and trends analysis.

Amandeep S has a PGDCA in Computer Applications from MCRP, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Electronics from Rani Durgavati University, and certifications from Advance Innovation Group in Six Sigma Black Belt, Vskills in Certified Performance Manager, IBM in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified E-BQT(Basic Quality Tools), BPMS (Business Process Management service), and Certified Top Talent of IBM.

Amandeep S reports to Christopher Hickey, CEO. They are on a team with Rahul Soman - VP, Site Leader, Arnaldo Perez - CFO, and Jaganathan Jeyapaul - CPO, CTO & EVP of Engineering.
