Tony Hooks

Tony Hooks has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tony most recently served as the Director of Strategic Planning at Diamond C Trailers. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at AMERICAN SpiralWeld Pipe Company. Tony also held positions at Sabert Corporation as a Maintenance Manager, at Weatherford as a General Manager, and at Flowserve Corporation as a Lean Manufacturing Leader. Tony has extensive experience in leading teams, managing projects, improving operational practices, and implementing lean strategies. Tony's background also includes roles as a Process Engineer, Adjunct Electronics Instructor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineer, and Electronics Technician at various companies.

Tony Hooks has a diverse education history. Tony began their higher education at Sulphur Springs High School. However, the dates of their enrollment and any degree they may have obtained are unknown. After completing high school, Tony attended Paris Junior College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Electronics Technology and earned an AAS degree.

Tony then pursued further education at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they attained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering Technology.

Continuing their academic journey, Tony pursued a Master's degree at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2009 to 2011. Tony'sfocus of study at the graduate level was Technology Management.

In addition to their formal education, Tony has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. In August 2010, they became a Lean Practitioner at Flowserve Corporation. Tony further expanded their expertise by acquiring the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution in May 2006.
