Matthew D. Risko

Matt is responsible for oversight of their clinical review services as well special project oversight. This includes formulary review; drug utilization-disease state management review and evidence based medicine review applied to facility drug usage and cost containment. As a certified American Academy of HIV Medicine Pharmacist, Matt is also in charge of HIV/HEP C education for their customers and Diamond pharmacists assuring patients are placed on appropriate regimens/protocols. He oversees ongoing projects including Diamond’s 340B program arrangements and company compliance with 340B guidelines. As special project manager he also assists in the oversight of their long-term care satellite pharmacy in Reading PA, working to ensure a high level of operational efficiency and quality of their service. Matt also is the Account Executive responsible for managing the Kentucky DOC account as well as one of their largest medical groups which include being a member of their respected P&T committees.
