Dalaphine Mays has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. dalaphine began their career as a Revenue Auditor at Grand Casino Biloxi in 2000, and later worked as an Accounting/Auditor at Pearl River Resort from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they transitioned into the transportation industry and worked as a Transportation Driver at T C Express until 2016.
From 2016 onwards, Dalaphine joined Diamond Grove Center, where they held various roles in the Human Resources department. dalaphine started as an Administrative Assistant and subsequently worked their way up to become a Human Resources Coordinator and later an Executive Assistant Human Resources Coordinator. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Manager and is expected to take on the position of Human Resources Director in 2023.
Dalphine Mays began their education journey in 1985 at Louisville High School, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on college preparation in 1989. dalaphine then pursued their Associate of Arts in Accounting from East Central Community College from 2011 to 2013. Moving forward, Mays completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Colorado Technical University between 2018 and 2019. Finally, in 2023, they furthered their education by obtaining another BBA degree in the same field of study from American InterContinental University. Additionally, Mays earned a certification in Accounting for Managers from LinkedIn in March 2021.
