As the Customer Experience Manager, Ed is responsible for the continued delight of Diamond Kinetics’ customers and the strengthening of partner relationships.
Prior to joining Diamond Kinetics, Ed worked at BNY Mellon as an operations analyst and also started a small business creating virtual golf leagues which was fueled by his avid addiction to the game. When not working with Diamond Kinetics’ customers and partners, Ed is likely searching for his golf ball in thick rough, trees or sand traps.
A Pittsburgh native, Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a certificate in Latin American Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
