Kay Reynolds

Kay Reynolds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in athletics and organizational development. Currently serving as the Track and Field Lead for British Masters Athletics since March 2021, Kay also holds the position of Organisational Development Manager at Diamond Light Source since May 2017. As Chairperson of Radley Athletics Club since 2010, Kay has contributed to the growth of athletics at the club level. With a long-standing role as a National Athletics Official for UK Athletics since 2000 and as an Athletics Coach for England Athletics since 1990, expertise in coaching speed events is evident. Previously, Kay was the Engagement and OD Manager at Public Health England from November 2011 to March 2017, focusing on employee engagement initiatives, and served as the Interim Head of HR, leading HR teams and strategic projects. Additionally, as an HR Business Partner from January 2009 to March 2015, Kay provided strategic support to a directorate comprising nearly 1000 employees across the UK.
