Stephen Ay has extensive experience in both the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as a Foreman at Diamond Materials, LLC since March 2020, specializing in site work. Previously, Stephen held leadership roles such as District Manager at LGCY Power and Account Manager at Vivint Solar. Stephen's real estate career includes a focus on commercial sales and leasing at Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors, where a role as Commercial Sales Associate was held, as well as serving as Regional Land Director at Prudential Fox and Roach Land Development.
