Jay Black

Jay Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Diamond Properties since December 2020, Jay oversees construction, development, and property management for a vast portfolio exceeding 11 million square feet across 14 states. Prior experience includes Vice President of Development at Revolution Lighting Technologies, where strategic initiatives enhanced operational efficiency and established essential sales tools. As Director of Sustainability at SL Green Realty Corp., Jay developed a leading environmental program for New York City’s largest commercial property owner. Earlier roles include Director of Architecture & Construction Project Management and Project Manager at The Phillips Group. Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University.
