Karl Stukis

Karl Stukis has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Karl is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Diamond Technologies, where they oversee Managed IT, Cyber Security services, and Application Support and Development for small to mid-sized businesses, as well as Federal, State, and Local governments. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Experience Officer at Diamond Technologies.

Before joining Diamond Technologies, Stukis was the President & COO of Rockwood Programs, a Managing General Agency licensed in all 50 states. Karl handled various insurance products and had the capacity to handle Property & Casualty, Life, and Accident & Health products.

Stukis also worked as a Vice President at Fox Point Programs, where they were responsible for the sales, marketing, and compliance of a national in-house professional liability program. Karl managed agency management systems and negotiated carrier appointments.

Earlier in their career, Stukis was a Vice President at Starr Wright USA, where they provided strategic oversight of operational, sales, and marketing functions for an insurance agency specializing in insurance products for Federal Government Employees.

Karl also worked as a Project Manager at CACI International Inc (formerly Delta Solutions & Technologies) for the Department of Justice's Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) project. Stukis managed staff members and oversaw data conversion, system configuration, training/testing support, and implementation management.

Before that, Stukis was a Project Manager at Diamond Technologies, where they implemented a municipality ERP system for the City of Wilmington. Karl evaluated work processes and suggested changes to streamline business practices.

Stukis began their career as a Systems Analyst, first at CACI International Inc and later at CGI-AMS, where they assisted with the upgrade of Momentum Financials for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and performed functional analysis for the National Labor Relations Board's software upgrade.
