Angela Murigu

Angela Murigu is an experienced Operations Manager at Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Limited since January 2023, responsible for liaising with the Central Bank of Kenya regarding new applications and overseeing departmental training on international SWIFT messaging standards. Prior to this role, Angela held various positions at Diamond Trust Bank Kenya Ltd from October 2008 to December 2014, including Senior Officer in the Customer Service Unit and Officer in both the Customer Service Unit and CIC Unit, where duties involved processing SWIFT messages and ensuring the validity of cheques. Angela also gained experience through internships at Kenya Breast Health Programme, KPMG Kenya, and Wananchi Group, contributing to event organization, client support, and database management. Angela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Information Technology and certifications from Strathmore University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Africa Internet Technology Initiative.
