Dancan Mboya Okun

Dancan Mboya Okun has extensive experience in risk management and compliance within the banking industry. Dancan Mboya currently serves as the Group Head of Risk at Diamond Trust Bank, overseeing risk management for the organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Risk Officer at National Bank of Kenya from 2016 to 2021, where they were responsible for managing all areas of risk. Dancan also served as the Group Chief Risk Officer at I&M Bank Ltd from 2019 to 2021, overseeing risk management for the entire group and its subsidiaries. Dancan Mboya began their career at KCB as a Senior Operational Risk Manager and later worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Compliance Manager.

Dancan Mboya Okun attended the University of Nairobi from 2005 to 2012, where they pursued their MBA degree in Finance.
