Janet J. Dali PRINCE2® Practitioner has a diverse range of work experience in the banking and consultancy fields. Janet is currently working as the Head of Partnerships, Ecosystems, and Strategic Alliances at Diamond Trust Bank, where they are responsible for defining partnerships strategy, designing and implementing the fintech and other tech-enabled businesses strategy, as well as understanding the regulatory and financial landscape for tech-enabled businesses.

Before their current role, Janet was the Founder and Senior Consultant at Jade Signature Consultancy Limited, where they provided services to fintechs, fintech startups, and technology companies. Their responsibilities included international remittances, board and founder advisory, regional business growth facilitation, strategy design, regulatory advisory services, and more. Janet also set up structures for a payments solution fintech and was accepted into the GIZ Remtech Accelerator Program.

Janet also worked as a Program Manager at Impact Africa Network, where they led start-up strategy formulation and development, strategic alliances and ecosystem building, and project management. Janet was responsible for market evaluation, budget development, stakeholder management, and go-to-market strategies.

Prior to that, Janet held managerial roles at NCBA Group and Commercial Bank of Africa, where they focused on product and channel innovation, project management, partnership management, and market research.

Earlier in their career, Janet worked at Guaranty Trust Bank (K) Limited as a Relationship Manager and at Citi in various roles, including managing cash management products and marketing the online banking system.

Janet J. Dali, a PRINCE2® Practitioner, earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Technology with a focus on Networking and DBMS from United States International University - Africa. Janet attended Mama Ngina for their secondary education, obtaining their Kenya Secondary Certificate of Education. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Project Planning and Management at the University of Nairobi. Additionally, they acquired a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2015.
