Joseph Mugo

Joseph Mugo is a seasoned product designer currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Diamond Trust Bank since October 2022. In this role, Joseph leads design efforts within the Digital & Innovations unit, collaborating with engineers and product managers to drive the bank's customer growth strategy through digital channels. Prior to this, Joseph worked at Lima Tech Data Ltd. as a Product Designer and UX Researcher, where significant contributions included the design of the Kiriti SaaS product for tea agencies and conducting usability tests for various systems. Joseph's experience also includes roles as a Junior Mobile Application Developer at GS1 Kenya and a Finance Writer at Codeless. Joseph began the career in web design at Heartbit Computer Solutions Limited and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from The Technical University of Kenya.
