Associate Petroleum Engineer at Diamondback Energy

Alejandro G. has a diverse work experience. Alejandro started their career as an Apprentice Plumber at CATHEDRAL PLUMBING OF TEXAS, LLC in June 2015 and continued in that role until August 2020. During this time, Alejandro gained experience in assembling pipes, cleaning water supply, handling tools, and cleaning job sites. Alejandro also assisted in complex plumbing jobs and independently handled smaller jobs.

In this role, Alejandro demonstrated their excellent customer service skills by providing guest care services and ensuring customer satisfaction and security. Alejandro also improved service efficiency and resolved conflicts effectively. Alejandro's responsibilities included scheduling staff for cleaning services, maintenance appointments, and managing property landscaping. Alejandro worked at Airbnb until May 2021.

In May 2021, Alejandro started working at Diamondback Energy as a Drilling Engineering Intern for a period of three months. This internship provided him with valuable experience and insights into drilling engineering processes.

In June 2022, Alejandro joined Diamondback Energy again, this time as an Associate Petroleum Engineer, and is currently employed in this role.

Throughout their work experiences, Alejandro demonstrated their adaptability and willingness to learn in various industries, ranging from plumbing to energy and hospitality.

Alejandro G. has studied at Texas Tech University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. In addition to their major, they also obtained a minor in Construction Engineering. Prior to their enrollment at Texas Tech, Alejandro attended Richland Collegiate High School of Math Science Engineering, where they completed an Associate of Science degree in Engineering.
