Cody Walker

Cody Walker has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering and energy sectors. Cody is currently working as a Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer at Diamondback Energy, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Stronghold Energy II as a Senior Reservoir Engineer from January 2020 to October 2022, and as a Reservoir/Ops Engineer from March 2019 to December 2019.

Before joining Stronghold Energy II, Cody worked at Laredo Petroleum, Inc. where they held various roles, including Completion Engineer from October 2016 to March 2019, Completions Supervisor from January 2015 to September 2016, and Rotation Engineer from January 2014 to January 2015.

Cody'searlier work experience includes interning at DFW Consulting Group as a Mechanical Engineering Intern from June 2013 to August 2013, and at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals as a Pipeline Intern from June 2012 to August 2012. Overall, Cody has built a strong foundation in the energy industry and has expertise in reservoir engineering, completions, and mechanical engineering.

Cody Walker completed their education from 2009 to 2013 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
