Marc Dingler

Dingler, Marc has extensive experience in the legal department of the energy industry. Dingler, began their career in 2002 at Pioneer Natural Resources as an Associate General Counsel, where they worked until 2014. Dingler, then joined Diamondback Energy Inc in 2014 as a Deputy General Counsel, a role they held until 2017. At Diamondback Energy, they were promoted to Vice President Legal & Deputy General Counsel from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Dingler serves as the SVP Government Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at Diamondback Energy Inc, a position they have held since 2019.

Marc Dingler attended Howard Payne University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Business. Following this, they went on to study at Texas Tech University School of Law from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
