Matt Zmigrosky

Matt Zmigrosky is an accomplished legal and administrative professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Diamondback Energy since February 2019, Zmigrosky previously held the position of Partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from October 2012 to January 2019, and served as Partner and Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP from October 2003 to October 2012. Zmigrosky holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Tulane University. Education was completed at Jesuit Dallas.
