Susan Conrad Phr, Shrm-Cp, C-Der

Susan Conrad, PHR, SHRM-CP, C-DER, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Susan currently works as an HR Compliance Associate at Diamondback Energy since May 2021. Prior to this, Susan held various roles at Enable Midstream Partners from 2015 to 2021, including Lead HR Compliance Advisor and Sr. HR Generalist. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Sr. HR Advisor at Samson Resources. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant at ONEOK from 2007 to 2011, and as an HR Generalist at Oil States International from 2002 to 2007.

Susan Conrad, PHR, SHRM-CP, C-DER has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work from Oral Roberts University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2008, they earned the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2013, they obtained the C-DER certification from DATIA. Most recently, in 2015, they earned the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
