Jay Morales

Jay Morales has extensive experience in various roles related to security and investigation. Currently serving as a Special Agent at DCSA since October 2019 and as an Investigator at OPM since February 2018, Jay has built a foundation in investigative practices. Additionally, Jay has been involved in marketing analysis for the US Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) program since 2014. Jay’s background includes significant experience with the US Army, having worked as a Recruiting Master Trainer and Recruiter from June 2002 to October 2014. Jay holds a degree from Columbia Southern University.
