Maruja Tarre

Maruja Tarre is an accomplished academic and columnist with extensive experience in international relations and policy analysis. Since August 2014, Maruja has served as a self-employed professor and has been a founding member of Grupo Avila, a think tank affiliated with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, since January 2004.
