Marcello Cirino

Marcello Cirino has a strong work experience spanning over several years. Marcello started their career at Trevisan Auditores Independentes in 1991, where they worked as a Senior Manager Auditor. In this role, they were responsible for audit planning and development for various types of audit services, including full audit, limit review, tax planning, internal control review, acquisitions, and due diligence for companies in different industries. Marcello also conducted training sessions for internal auditors. Marcello then moved on to Citibank in 1999, where they worked as an Accounting Policy Manager until 2002. Marcello then joined Sanofi Aventis as a Controller, a role they held for 12 years until 2014. Currently, they are working as the Finance Director at DiaSorin, where they have been since 2014.

Marcello Cirino's education history includes a period of study in Business Administration from 1991 to 1995 at the FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. In 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA in Finance and Risk Management at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, from 2005 to 2006, Marcello studied Accounting at Universidade Paulista.
