Caitlin Grenier has a wealth of experience in the medical and hospitality industries. Caitlin is currently a Senior Partner Success Manager at Diasyst - Medication Intelligence and a Co Editor at the Tennessee Health Promotion Network. In 2018, they founded Party Like A Diabetic, an online platform that helps people with diabetes feel more confident about dining and drinking at local Nashville restaurants and breweries. Caitlin also works as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Meharry Medical College, where they train first year medical students in communication and foundational health coaching skills. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Referral and Resource Network Manager at the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, where they created standard operating procedures for a company-wide marketing referral system. During this time, they also oversaw the fiscal responsibilities of the departmental marketing and operating budgets. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Research Analyst I at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Banquet Captain at Anchorage Golf Course and O'Malley's on the Green, where they planned over 300 annual events that increased sales from $650K to $1 million in event revenue. Finally, from 2011 to 2015, they were a Veterinary Technician at VCA.

Caitlin Grenier began their education at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Pre-Veterinary Studies from 2005 to 2010. Caitlin then attended the University of Wyoming from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Biology with a focus in Pre-Veterinary Studies. In 2010, they received a Masters of Environmental Science in Disease Ecology from Alaska Pacific University, which they completed in 2014. Most recently, they obtained a Health Coach certification from Vanderbilt University.
