Ivana Gajic

Ivana Gajic has worked in the travel industry for over 18 years. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Sales Agent at Jat Airways. Ivana then moved up to become the Head of Belgrade Sales Office 2 and Asst. Manager Ground Handling Agreements at Jat Airways from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Reservation and Ticketing Supervisor at Qatar Airways. Since 2017, they have been a Co-Founder at Girafa Feliz LDA, where they are part of a small and dynamic team of highly skilled professionals working remotely to assist in several business areas, including agile transformations. Most recently, they joined DIB Travel as a Travel Support Agent in 2022.

Ivana Gajic attended the University of Belgrade from 1997 to 2003 and studied at the Faculty of Law.
