Anna Giertz Skablova, MBA, serves as the Chief Culture & People Officer at Dibber since September 2021, focusing on transforming the company into a global leader in early education and supporting digital and organizational growth. Prior to this role, Anna held the position of Head of Human Resources at Humana AB from January 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included unifying HR practices across the organization and enhancing the strategic people agenda. Anna's extensive experience spans various leadership roles in HR at Tieto, PA Consulting Group, Teligent AB, ICA Gruppen, Baltic Beverages Holding AB, and KPMG Management Consulting.
