Keith Spikes

Keith Spikes is an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in leading quality systems operations within various organizations. Since January 2018, Keith has served as Quality Manager at Dicastal North America, having previously held similar roles at ITW and Superior Industries, as well as serving as a Quality Engineer at Uniroyal Engineered Products. Key responsibilities have included planning, scheduling, reporting, problem-solving, validation testing, and maintaining customer satisfaction, along with leading teams to address internal and external quality issues. Keith holds a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification from Encona Academy and has engaged in additional training related to quality systems throughout a diverse educational background.
