KC Huang has extensive experience in the field of biostatistics. KC is currently serving as the Director of Biostatistics at DICE Therapeutics since July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Statistical Scientist at Genentech from August 2017 to July 2022. KC also worked as a Senior Biostatistician at Gilead Sciences from January 2015 to July 2017. KC began their career as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from September 2010 to May 2015. KC has also interned at Novartis as a Biostatistics Intern in Oncology Translational Medicine from May 2014 to August 2014, working on projects related to Bayesian dose-finding and drug-drug interaction modeling. Additionally, they interned at Onyx Pharmaceuticals as a Biostatistics Intern from June 2013 to August 2013, where they developed a Bayesian logistic regression approach for combination dose-finding. KC has prior teaching experience as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan from August 2008 to May 2010, where they taught courses on statistics and data analysis. KC also served as an Experienced Graduate Student Consultant during a summer at the University of Michigan.
KC Huang obtained a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biostatistics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2010 to 2015.
