Elizabeth Baran

Elizabeth Baran serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at DICK'S Sporting Goods since March 2010, overseeing all legal affairs for the company and its private foundation, The DICK'S Sporting Goods Foundation. With a progressive career at DICK'S Sporting Goods, Elizabeth has provided legal counsel across various business sectors and managed corporate governance matters for the largest sporting goods retailer in the United States. Prior to DICK'S Sporting Goods, Elizabeth was a Corporate and Securities Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, representing companies in sales, acquisitions, and mergers. Elizabeth holds a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a B.A. in English Literature from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
