Todd Spaletto

Todd Spaletto currently serves as President, Public Lands – Senior Vice President, DICK’S Sporting Goods, a role he has held since joining DICK’S Sporting Goods in December 2020. In this role, Todd is responsible for the development, launch and growth strategy of Public Lands, DICK’S new outdoor store concept launching in 2021.

Prior to joining DICK’S, Todd served as Group President of Michigan Brands for Wolverine Worldwide, where he was responsible for a portfolio of eight brands including Wolverine, Merrell, Chaco and Bates. Prior to Wolverine, Todd spent 14 years with The North Face in various leadership roles, including Global President of the brand. Before joining The North Face, Todd held leadership roles at High Sierra and Jansport. Since 2017, Todd has served as the Vice Chair of the board of directors for the Outdoor Industry Association.
