Dmitriy Tochilnik

Dmitriy Tochilnik founded Dicom Systems in 2008 and serves as the President and Chief Technology Officer at Dicom Systems. He has over 25 years of experience in Healthcare IT, with deep technical knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging industry, DICOM, FHIR, and HL7 standards. Prior to this role, Dmitriy served as Co-Founder of Rentini, a vacation rental website designed for travelers to easily plan their vacation. From 2007-2012, he was a Senior Systems Architect at AdBrite in San Francisco, responsible for the product architecture and design to drive ROI. Previously, Dmitriy served as a Director of Product Architecture and System Integration at PACs company reporting to CEO, where he led Product design, systems architecture and integration with the U.S. Department of Defense as a largest customer.

He has a deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, PACS/MIMPS, HIS/RIS, EMR and VNA with extensive experience in the development and implementation of information technology systems. When he’s not working, Dmitry enjoys skiing and snowboarding during the winter season and wakeboarding / wake surfing during the summer.

Dmitriy is on the board of MITA and holds a MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He also has two patents.
