Florent Saint-Clair

Florent Saint-Clair serves as Executive Vice President for Dicom Systems and is responsible for sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and commercial channel strategy alignment and execution. He has spent over 25 years in senior leadership positions at several Healthcare IT companies including; DR Systems (acquired by Merge/Watson Health), eMix, Medweb, RadVault and Image Enhancement Systems. Florent has raised private equity capital for tech startups, and developed emerging markets in the Middle East, Europe, the Americas and Asia. As General Manager for the eMix Cloud division of DR Systems, Florent grew the platform’s customer base from its initial launch in 2009 to 600+ hospitals in less than 36 months. He joined DR Systems in 2008 to lead the company’s Department of Defense Healthcare business unit. From 2001 to 2003 Florent served as President and COO for RadVault, a Bay Area-based Enterprise Imaging company, and as Venture Partner at Nucleus Partners. Since 2018 he has been on the Board of Directors for WindguMD, maker of the visible light imaging and mobile collaboration platform ZenSnap.In his spare time, Florent enjoys traveling, fine wine, and spending time with his wife and children. He speaks four languages.
