Kirk Misaka

Kirk serves as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer. Prior to joining Dictum Health, Kirk served as an executive officer of Zhone Technologies from 2000 to 2017, including CFO, Treasurer, and Secretary and was a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG LLP from 1980 to 2000, becoming a partner in 1989.

Kirk earned a B.S. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Utah, and an M.S. in Tax from Golden Gate University.
