Cailine Drummond Petzold has extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Cailine started their career at WTAE-Channel 4 Action News as a Field Reporter Intern, where they conducted interviews and edited packages. Cailine then worked as a Marketing Intern at Pennsylvania Ballet, followed by a role as a Senior Speaking Coach at the University of Pittsburgh's Oral Communication Lab, where they provided one-on-one tutorial sessions and facilitated group training workshops.

Cailine subsequently joined Bellevue Communications Group as an Account Representative Intern, assisting in media coverage monitoring and proposal preparation. Cailine later joined MileStone Bank as a Marketing and Public Relations Assistant, where they played a significant role in business development and client relations.

Afterwards, Cailine moved to Tierney as a Senior Account Executive, handling various client accounts.
