Caio Poli is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operational leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the International Customer Experience Executive Director at DiDi since January 2018, Caio previously held senior roles at 99, including Latam & Russia Customer Experience Senior Director and Brazil Customer Experience Senior Director. Caio also led customer experience initiatives at Nubank Brasil and served as COO at Veduca Edtech, spearheading efforts to democratize education access in Brazil. An early career included a role as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company and an internship with UNICEF. Caio holds a degree in Production Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and participated in an exchange program in Industrial Engineering Management and Logistics at Lund University.
