Rachel Payne, PhD, currently serves as the Vice President of Advocacy and Public Policy at Didlake, a position held since July 2013. In addition to this role, Rachel has also served as the Director of the Autism Center of Excellence, a Program Manager, and an Employment Specialist at Didlake. Prior to that, Rachel worked as a Career Specialist at the Texas Workforce Commission from May 2012 to May 2013. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University, a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development with a focus on Workforce Development from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University.
