Lucille Dumas

Lucille Dumas has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2011 to 2020. Lucille began their career as a waitress at Hôtel Les Négociants ** in 2011, followed by a Sales Assistant role at ETAM in 2012. Lucille then worked as a Multipurpose Employee at La Brioche Dorée in 2012, followed by an Internship in Marketing Communications at Eurodentaire in 2016. In 2017, they took on a Sales Support role at CWD Sellier and a Sales Manager Assistant role at LIM Group Leather in Motion in 2018. In 2019, they were a Project Manager at EQUIMOV, and most recently, they have been a Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise at Didomi since 2020. In this role, they are responsible for onboarding and technical implementation follow-up, developing and nurturing their international client portfolio, preventing and minimizing churn, contributing to product development, creating and writing content, gathering customer testimonials, maintaining a high NPS, setting up procedures for the Customer Success team, and hosting webinars.

Lucille then obtained a Master 2 (M2) in Études internationales/globales and a Master 2 (M2) MBA in International Management from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business in 2016-2017. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from Coursera, including Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals in August 2021 and Design Thinking for Innovation in February 2021.
