Elizabeth Radigan

Elizabeth (Lisa) Radigan is an accomplished legal and compliance executive with extensive experience in corporate law and ethics. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Diebold Nixdorf since June 2014, Elizabeth has also held roles as Chief People Officer and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer within the company. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at JONES DAY® from August 2007 to May 2014 as Assistant General Counsel and Associate Attorney, where responsibilities included representing public companies in significant investigations and designing compliance programs for Fortune 500 firms. Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University.
