Jonathan Leiken

Jonathan Leiken is the Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary at Diebold Nixdorf. Jonathan has extensive experience in corporate governance, ethics & compliance, high stakes litigation, and government investigations. Jonathan has served in numerous officer positions, on the executive committee and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation. Jonathan is a recognized leader in the civic community in Northeast Ohio, and is actively involved in charitable organizations including the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

Jonathan Leiken has a JD from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, which they attended on a full scholarship and graduated cum laude. Jonathan also has a Leading Global Businesses certificate from Harvard Business School. Prior to law school, Jonathan Leiken graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jonathan was also a General Course Scholar at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) during the 1993/94 academic year.
