Nick Gilling

Nick Gilling has extensive experience in service management and operational excellence across diverse industries. Currently serving as Global Enterprise Delivery Manager at Diebold Nixdorf since November 2019, Gilling leads service delivery for global retail clients. Prior roles include Service Management & Transformation Consultant at Acrogenix, UK&I Regional Service Manager at DXC Technology, and Service Introduction Manager for the bPaid Program at Barclaycard. Gilling also held various positions with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focusing on continual service improvement and service management across multiple client accounts, and was a New Business Governance Lead at Electronic Data Systems. Gilling's educational background includes attendance at Campion School in Bugbrooke from 1981 to 1986.
