Previously, Ralf held multiple vice president roles at Diebold Nixdorf, overseeing software maintenance, support, and professional services across diverse regions. Ralf's experience with IBM spanned over two decades, including positions such as Associate Partner and Practice Leader for Banking Transformation and Cognitive Solutions, where Ralf managed large consulting programs and developed client relationships. Ralf holds a Master’s Degree in Information Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
