Robert Marczak

Robert Marczak is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on hardware development and project management. Currently serving as Hardware Development Manager at Diehl Controls since October 2022, Robert oversees a team of hardware and layout engineers. As VP and Head of Product Development at Esember Sp. z o.o. since April 2018, Robert coordinates interdisciplinary teams for computer hardware projects. Robert also leads PCB design and electronic device production at PCB Design Robert Marczak since November 2013. Previous experience includes an application engineer role at AET Spółka Jawna and a designer position at Zakład Usług Kooperacyjnych. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Intelligent Database Systems and an Engineer’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications, in addition to a technical qualification in Automation.
