Jessica Capecelatro

Jessica Capecelatro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica started their career in 2005 at The City of Pharr Parks and Recreation Department, where they served as Head Pool Manager and Assistant to the Supervisor of Athletics until 2007.

In 2010, Jessica worked as a Legislative Intern for State Representative Sergio Munoz Jr. Jessica then joined the Travis County Attorney Office in 2011 as an Office Specialist. Later that year, they joined the Ultimate Warrior Fighting MMA Promotion Company as an Event Coordinator and Media Supervisor.

In 2012, Jessica worked as a Nanny for the Filer Family for two years. Jessica then joined Topgolf in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant and later became the Office Manager until 2021.

Currently, Jessica is working at Diem Cannabis. Jessica initially joined as a Human Resources Manager in 2021 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources and Oregon Operations in 2022. Jessica currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources.

Jessica Capecelatro attended Nikki Rowe Highschool. Jessica then went on to study at South Texas College from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Afterward, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government.
