Josh Rausch

Josh Rausch currently serves as the Executive Vice President and COO at DieTech North America, LLC, a position held since January 2019. With extensive experience in engineering and technology, Rausch previously held roles including Vice President of Engineering and Technology and CTO at DieTech North America from June 2002 to October 2023. Rausch's expertise encompasses executive management, IT systems, and engineering processes, demonstrated through significant achievements such as developing a customized SQL system to automate operations and creating standard manufacturing deliverables. Rausch began the professional journey at Hercules Machine Tool And Die in 1998, progressing through various technical roles before advancing into management. Rausch holds an Associate's degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Macomb Community College.
